Company Overview

Xiye Tech Group Co.,Ltd was founded in 1997 and is a global provider of metallurgical equipment system solutions, dedicated to the R&D and technological innovation of special steel process equipment and alloy material process equipment. Xiye Tech is a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Shaanxi Province "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative" (SRDI) Enterprise, a Gazelle Enterprise, a Small and Medium-sized Technology-based Enterprise, and a New Quality Productive Forces Observation Point Unit. It has under its umbrella Xi'an Metallurgical Design Institute, an engineering service company, and manufacturing bases. It holds metallurgical engineering and metal material engineering design qualifications, as well as six general contracting construction qualifications. Its business covers short-process steelmaking, special steel, vanadium-titanium, metallic silicon, alloy materials, solid waste treatment and other fields, and it can provide customers with one-stop services and full life-cycle services.

Since its founding, Xiye has served more than 300 customers across various fields and has cumulatively delivered more than 1,000 units/sets of various types of equipment to customers.

Our History

1997: The predecessor was founded in 1997, restructured from Shaanxi Industrial Electric Furnace Factory.

2014: Restructured into a joint-stock enterprise, implemented employee shareholding; the first electrode automatic extension robot was put into operation; the first LF refining equipment was put into operation.

2015: The first VD refining equipment was put into operation.

2016: The Xingping Manufacturing Plant was completed and put into production; Xiye Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. was established, beginning to engage in EPC business.

2017: The first Considi electric furnace was put into operation; the company's sales exceeded RMB 100 million for the first time.

2018: The company undertook its first Belt and Road project (exported equipment), with a single order exceeding RMB 100 million.

2019: The company obtained industry qualifications and became the only equipment manufacturer in the industry with design qualifications.

2021: The company was listed on the New Fourth Board; Xiye Tangshan Company was established.

2022: The first titanium slag smelting equipment was successfully developed and delivered to the user.

2023: The Zhashui Manufacturing Plant was put into production; Xiye Technology Co., Ltd. was established.

2024: Developed the world's first large-scale metallic silicon DC smelting equipment.

2025: Construction of the Xiye Airport Base began.

Factories & Production Bases

Xingping Factory: Cutting, riveting and welding, machining, assembly, warehouse; focused on the production of steelmaking and refining equipment.

Zhashui Factory: Laser cutting, heavy machining, large-scale riveting and welding; specializing in heavy equipment for ferroalloy submerged arc furnaces.

Airport Base (under construction): Located in Xixian New Area, a new-generation intelligent metallurgical equipment R&D and manufacturing base.
