Hangang Project: Full-Process Technical Services Ensure Capacity Improvement
For the Hangang project, Xiye, as the core equipment and technology provider, is not only responsible for the design and supply of the LF refining furnace equipment but also participates deeply in the entire project implementation chain. From the initial contract equipment design documentation, manufacturing, construction and installation guidance, equipment commissioning, load testing, and production start-up support, to subsequent system maintenance support and training for key personnel, our company provided comprehensive on-site technical services throughout the entire process, ensuring turnkey project delivery.
The Jinxi Steel Project focuses on improving steelmaking synergy. The newly built LF refining furnace will significantly optimize production cadence and molten steel quality. For this project, our company serves as both complete equipment supplier and construction contractor, encompassing customized design, equipment procurement, and construction integration for the refining furnace and its auxiliary systems. Crucially, our technical team will lead the entire process, from single-unit commissioning and integrated commissioning to hot trials, functional assessments, and ultimately achieving full production and compliance.
