On January 13th, the 2023 work report and the signing ceremony of the 2024 target responsibility agreement for management cadres of Xiye were successfully held. In 2023, facing the complex market environment, Xiye overcame numerous difficulties through the joint efforts of all personnel, with responsible leadership and collaborative efforts of employees. Focusing on the group's commitment to innovation, serving the country through industry, and building a national enterprise that is respected by people, recognized by customers, and continuously creating value for users, we have opened a new chapter in metallurgical engineering general contracting and complete equipment services.
In the debriefing conference, the management cadres mainly focused on the past work achievements, existing problems, and future work plans and goals and other aspects of the objective exposition. All managers analyzed and evaluated their respective advantages and shortcomings in their work in a serious and sincere manner, and at the same time made clear arrangements and plans for future work and expressed their determination and confidence in accomplishing the next work tasks.
Subsequently, in order to promote the level of Xiye’s refined management, further clarify the objectives and solidify the responsibilities to ensure the successful completion of the work objectives and tasks in 2024. Mr. Dai, the chairman of Xiye, and Mr. Wang, the general manager, signed the target responsibility letter with the management cadres. The signing of the target responsibility letter means that the persons in charge of each department solemnly set up the “2024 military order” to Xiye. The signing of the target responsibility letter is not a kind of form, but a kind of responsibility and mission, which puts forward new requirements for the work in 2024. The goal has been clear, the direction has been obvious, the horn has been blown. The letter of responsibility is the “military order”! Participants have expressed that the signing of the target certificate of responsibility is both pressure and motivation, challenge and opportunity, anchoring the target and rising to the challenge.
