On December 13th, the steel production capacity replacement construction project of Ling Steel Group undertaken by Xiye, successfully completed the thermal load test, marking that the LF ladle refining furnace is ready for operation.
The members of the Ling Steel project team and the Xiye project team closely cooperated and friendly collaborated, overcoming many factors such as tight construction schedule, extremely cold weather below minus 15 degrees Celsius, and difficulties in lifting equipment. They maximized the use of existing facilities, and rapidly and efficiently promoted project construction on the basis of ensuring quality and safety, ensuring a high starting point, efficient operation, and high-quality progress of the project.
The management of Xiye attaches great importance to it, and under the personal command of the Deputy General Manager of the Engineering Center, the project department coordinates and actively promotes it. Adhering to Xiye’s business philosophy of “putting users at the center and serving every customer well”. Develop a detailed project execution plan according to user needs, establish a project construction management plan, project schedule control plan, safety construction plan, project quality management plan, etc., to ensure the orderly arrangement and efficient control of the project during the execution process. Finally, a satisfactory answer sheet was submitted for the project construction.
