The Little New Year marks a new beginning and a joyful gathering! As the warmth of festival fireworks fills the streets and lanes, and the inspiring melody of endeavour echoes through the venue, the Xiye 2025 Annual Ceremony has successfully concluded amid the laughter and cheers of all colleagues. Staff gathered together to lay down the year’s busyness and fatigue, reviewed the diligence and achievements of 2025, and jointly envisioned the blueprint and hope for 2026. In a warm and festive atmosphere, we witnessed this annual grand gathering for all members of the Xiye family.

First, Mr. Wang Jian, General Manager, delivered a speech. He comprehensively reviewed Xiye’s breakthroughs and growth across all business areas in 2025, from the tough challenges of market expansion and refined optimization of internal management, to the achievements in technological innovation and steady progress in team building. Every achievement would not have been possible without the dedication and joint efforts of all staff. He also clarified Xiye’s development direction and core objectives for 2026, encouraging all employees to uphold the spirit of diligence and responsibility, unite as one, strive for excellence, and write a new chapter of development with greater enthusiasm and a more pragmatic style.

Afterwards, leaders of various departments took turns to deliver summary reports. Based on their respective work practices, they reviewed the achievements and shortcomings of 2025, shared experience and insights, and defined key priorities and directions for 2026. They demonstrated a pragmatic and truth-seeking attitude and firm determination to overcome difficulties, and conveyed the team consensus of “unity and concerted efforts”, filling all attendees with confidence in the collaborative development of all departments.

Finally, the Chairman delivered the concluding speech, which became the highlight of the annual meeting. Standing at the strategic height of the group’s development, he reviewed Xiye’s hard-won achievements in 2025 amid a complex environment, affirmed the perseverance and hard work of all employees over the year, and profoundly analysed the new situation and opportunities in the current industry.

He emphasized that Xiye will always uphold the core values of “Passion, Sincerity, Diligence and Win-Win”, unite and focus on core development directions, and fully commit to building a high-end, green, intelligent and efficient smart factory, empowering high-quality development through industrial upgrading and securing a firm competitive advantage in the fierce market competition ahead.

2026 is a crucial year for the Group to improve quality and efficiency and continue its glory. He hoped that all colleagues would keep these values in mind, keep pace with the Group’s development, unite and work together, and march forward with firm faith and high morale to build greater brilliance together with the Group.

In addition to the inspiring speeches and award ceremony, the annual meeting also featured wonderful performances, interesting interactive games and an exciting lucky draw. All programs were written, directed and performed by employees themselves. Everyone participated in interactions and received surprises amid laughter, fully demonstrating the versatility and youthful vitality of Xiye staff, and adding a strong festive and harmonious atmosphere to the event.

Each program was elaborately choreographed and unique, demonstrating both tacit teamwork and splendid personal charm. Laughter and cheers from the audience converged into an ocean of joy, allowing every colleague to feel the warmth and unity of the big Xiye family in the warm atmosphere.
