While the chill is growing, the shipment site of Xiye is warm and bustling with activity. Recently, all equipment for the projects in Xinjiang, Tangshan, Fujian, and Indonesia has completed quality inspection and packaging, and shipment has started simultaneously. Efficient contract performance has laid a solid foundation for the progress of these projects.
On the site, hoisting equipment operates continuously, and staff members check the equipment and secure the loads in an orderly manner. Considering the characteristics of the low temperature in Xinjiang and cross-border transportation to Indonesia, the factory has specially designed cold-proof and moisture-proof packaging to ensure the safe delivery of materials.
The simultaneous shipment of these projects poses a great challenge to the factory, planning, quality inspection, and engineering departments. To ensure smooth shipment, departments including production, planning, and quality inspection have united as one, working overtime to speed up the progress and inspect the quality, forming an efficient coordination system.
More importantly, we are well aware that shipment is only the beginning. At present, specialized service teams for these projects have been established, which have proactively coordinated with on-site parties on matters such as installation guidance and technical training. Going forward, the teams will follow the transportation progress, arrive at the site in advance to make preparations, and have opened a 24-hour response channel to address issues promptly and fully ensure the smooth implementation of the projects.
