Recently, the core equipment - electric arc furnace, LF refining furnace and VD vacuum furnace designed and supplied by Xiyemei for a powder metallurgy project in Guizhou Province successfully completed the hot load test run. All process indicators met the design standards, marking that the project officially entered the countdown to production.
This time, Xiye is responsible for the design, manufacture, supply and installation and commissioning of the entire set of equipment and ancillary facilities for the project. The entire process adheres to the principle of "mature and reliable, high efficiency and low consumption, green and environmentally friendly", providing technical support for the project's implementation. The project integrates green smelting and intelligent technology. After commissioning, it will help the enterprise enhance its product research and development and production capacity, provide material support for high-end manufacturing, and at the same time promote the upgrading of the regional powder metallurgy industry towards high efficiency, green and intelligent.
During the hot test, the technical team and engineering team from Xi'an Metallurgical Research Institute provided 24-hour on-site support. From equipment parameter adjustment to production process connection, team members carefully checked and precisely controlled each step. When encountering technical difficulties such as equipment coordination and process adaptation, they promptly formed special task forces, held overnight discussions to find solutions, and continuously optimized the construction process and operation plans. Ultimately, with efficient collaboration and solid technical capabilities, they ensured the success of the hot test in one attempt.
