8th Day of Lunar New Year: A Fresh Start for Xiye Technology. Wishing prosperity and success in the new chapter. All staff of Xiye Technology gathered for the grand commencement ceremony of the 2026 Bingwu Year of the Horse. Bidding farewell to the warm family reunion of the Spring Festival, we sounded the clarion call to pursue dreams and embrace the new journey with full enthusiasm.
The ceremony kicked off with a warm distribution of commencement red envelopes. Group leaders personally presented the welfare to every member of the Xiye family. Each red envelope carried sincere New Year wishes and expectations for the staff’s endeavors in the new year, embodying the company’s care. The venue was filled with warmth and constant cheers of “Happy Commencement”. This warmth turned into energy for all staff, injecting strong motivation into the year’s work.
Afterwards, the Chairman of the Group delivered a commencement speech. He reviewed the fruitful achievements of 2025, set the target direction for 2026, built consensus and provided guidance for all colleagues. The Chairman emphasized that 2026 is a crucial year for the Group to overcome difficulties and achieve breakthroughs. Faced with the complex market environment and fierce industry competition, guided by industry trends and corporate reality, all staff must unite in solidarity and work with dedication; internal management should be continuously optimized through refined management to improve quality and efficiency; team synergy should be strengthened and employee well-being valued, so that those who work hard have a platform and those who achieve are rewarded.
The Chairman’s powerful and inspiring speech greatly encouraged all colleagues.
