Electric Arc Furnace(EAF)“Electric arc furnace steelmaking is a green steelmaking process that uses scrap metal as raw material and uses electricity and auxiliary energy to make steel. The high-temperature flue gas from the electric furnace can be used to preheat the raw materials through technology and equipment to achieve high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and high yield.”

Ladle Refining Furnace(LF) "The LF ladle refining furnace is currently the most widely used off-furnace refining equipment. It is used to refine molten steel from the primary refining furnace and can regulate the molten steel temperature and provide process buffering. It has many advantages, including a reasonable equipment structure, reliable operation, low cost, a wide range of refined steel grades, high quality, and easy operation. LF specifications range from 8t to 300t."

Double-station electrode rotation, double-station ladle turret technology, online wire feeding technology, automatic temperature measurement and sampling technology, refining furnace adding scrap steel technology, automatic argon blowing control technology, LF one-button steelmaking technology.
As an off-furnace refining equipment between the primary refining furnace and the continuous casting machine, it plays a buffering and regulating role in the entire workshop production process, ensuring that molten steel with qualified temperature and composition is provided to the continuous casting machine.

VD/VOD Vacuum Refining Furnace The VOD vacuum refining furnace has essentially the same equipment structure as the VD vacuum refining furnace. The main difference lies in the addition of an oxygen lance, its lifting system, and an oxygen supply system above the vacuum seal. This process, under vacuum conditions, injects oxygen into the molten steel in the ladle for decarburization. This process decarburizes, deoxidizes, degasses, desulfurizes, and alloys. VD/VOD is used for vacuum refining of molten steel, primarily for the production of stainless steel, manganese steel, ultra-low carbon alloy steel, and alloys."

● The vacuum tank truck uses variable frequency speed control for smooth operation.

● The vacuum piping is water-cooled to reduce exhaust and airflow temperatures.

● The manual observation window is protected by inert gas and equipped with a strobe or TV camera.

● Automatic vacuum feeding technology is used.

● The oxygen blowing device features a special seal to minimize wear, prevent leaks, and facilitate oxygen lance adjustment.

● The secondary dust removal system utilizes pulsed dust removal technology.

Dust removal and environmental protection system "During the production process, electric furnaces generate large amounts of smoke and dust, which are released into the air, seriously polluting the environment and affecting worker health. The design of the electric furnace dust collector process takes into account the smelting conditions of the electric furnace equipment. Flue gas capture methods typically use a fourth hole, roof cover, mobile cover, or guide cover. Dust-laden gas is introduced through the main flue gas duct into a settling chamber, mechanical cooler, or air cooler, then into a pulse bag dust collector for purification. The purified gas is then fed into an exhaust stack through an induced draft fan and discharged into the atmosphere. This effectively improves the environment while maintaining normal operating conditions and preventing air pollution."
