This patent specifically addresses the detection challenges in complex smelting conditions, and builds a new detection system based on machine vision and deep learning algorithms.
This technology first performs brightness normalization and registration of the furnace internal images, extracts multi-scale wavelet decomposition feature tensors, and separates the two types of features (furnace pool and smoke dust) through the dual-path Vision-KAN encoding network; based on the smoke dust density model, it completes feature gating adjustment, reconstructs clear furnace pool images, precisely segments the furnace pool boundary, identifies the liquid level line, and simultaneously outputs the splashing risk map, and automatically generates the comprehensive assessment of the smelting process status.
The entire system significantly reduces the identification errors caused by smoke and dust obstructions, greatly improves the accuracy and stability of molten pool state detection, enables real-time intelligent prediction of the furnace condition, effectively reduces the risk of production abnormalities, and helps improve the quality, reduce costs, and ensure safety in the refining process.
